1. Service and ownership
EasyMailMerge is a tool by EasyCalculator.org to organize contacts and prepare permission-based email communications. Users are responsible for content and lawful use.
2. Acceptable use
Only send commercial messages to recipients who have affirmatively consented. Spam, bought or scraped email lists, unsolicited prospecting, impersonation, deceptive subjects and attempts to evade Gmail sending limits are strictly prohibited. You must maintain truthful, specific consent records, respect withdrawal and honor opt-outs.
3. Gmail and third-party terms
Gmail sending requires separate Google OAuth authorization and compliance with the applicable Gmail developer policies and email sender guidelines. Connection availability is subject to Google verification, account limits and policies. Supabase handles user authentication and stores application data under its applicable terms.
4. Service restrictions
We may block unsupported recipient lists, suppress addresses, cap sending volume, pause campaigns after errors, or suspend access for credible misuse. Compliance checks are not a warranty that user-provided consent records are genuine or lawful.
5. Unsubscribe
You must not re-contact recipients who unsubscribe unless they independently provide new lawful consent. Attempts to remove or bypass suppression are prohibited.
6. Availability and billing
This source edition includes working database-dependent draft workflows, but its production Gmail sending feature is disabled until authorized. There is no active payment collection in this release; displayed plans are previews.
