Tutorial outline

1. Create a Supabase account and sign in
2. Import documented opt-in contacts from a CSV file
3. Review imported contacts and exclude unsubscribed addresses
4. Compose an email with personalization fields
5. Preview the subject and message for real recipients
6. Save a draft and review your campaign
7. Connect Gmail separately after OAuth authorization
8. Confirm consent and start sending, monitor status and opt-outs
